Hello guys, my Apple Music isn't downloading anymore, while I've already paid the subscription !, pls help

It looks like Music is unable to communicate with the Apple Music servers. You'll want to follow the troubleshooting steps linked below to resolve this issue.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services   


  1. Check System Status
  2. Ensure your Mac is connected to the internet
  3. Update your software
  4. Check your date and time settings

"How to download music from Apple Music on your Mac or PC

  1. Open the Apple Music app or iTunes.
  2. Add a song, album, or playlist to your library.
  3. After you add a song, album, or playlist:
    • On your Mac, click the Download button  next to a song or album.
    • On your PC, click the Download button  next to a song or album."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? What happens when you attempt to download music? Are you getting any errors or alerts? Does this happen on multiple networks? Also, what is your exact macOS version?
