Apple Watch ultra white dive band discolouration / staining?

Hello, so about a month or so I bought the Apple Watch ultra with white dive band, I mainly been using my old spacers black band for day to day and the dive band on a few weekends, in those few weekends it’s started to show a blue tint/ discolouration, I tried to clean it off with soapy water and other means from advice from forums but it don’t seam to budge, I started to think what could have caused it and it seams the only thing I have that’s blue is my Rab jacket, now I’ve only worn this jacket with this Watch once and just for around 6 hours. ( I did not get wet from the rain) just walking around for a bit. But it’s the only thing that has that colour, are the bands really so easy stained? I’m shocked as it’s basically new

anyone else has this with the white dive band?

any advice out their on what to do?

i have not added photos as the tint is faint and can not get it to show up in photos but it’s visible to the eye.
