IOS 16 settings
After updating my iphone to iOS16 the personal hotspot feature in my settings has disappeared, how do I get this back?

Personal Hotspot is a feature that is provided by your wireless carrier. To confirm you do not see it in Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot? If you do not see this feature at all, do you have any restrictions set up on this device or is this device managed by your work/school? We ask to help us determine if there is something restricting this feature:
