I would like to set up distance in Miles instead of Km.

Hello Alberto2022,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. If you're using iOS 16 or later, you can change the default distance units in Settings using these steps:

Go to Settings.
Tap General
Select Language & Region.
Choose Measurement System.
