Allow in the background

Running Ventura 13.0.1 on. a new MBP. I've just had notification of changes - clicking took me to System Settings>Login Items. Two items I don't recognise have appeared:

  1. Item from unidentified developer (which when I click on it takes me to LaunchDaemons and highlights com.microsoft.teams.TeamsUpdaterDaemon.plist.
  2. Dragan Milic. 1 item: 1 item affects all users.

I've turned them off for now. Can anyone advise me what they are and whether they re safe to turn back on, please?

TIA

You can turn everything off— and compare your results.

You can turn on as needed, for example you receive an in-app notice to run in the background...or some such.

Evaluate as you go .

If you recognize it, use it regularly, have lost key features, etc because you turned off, make a decision at that point

These new options populating the login items are not well documented and we are all learning as we move forward with the new macOS.
