iPhone 12 Pro Max, suddenly no internet at all :(:(:(

Hello Guys,

Serious issue, and I don’t know how to solve this. It has never happened to me in my all Apple career as a user.

Basically, I have been using my Iphone 12 pro max for about 2 years now. All great and no Problems, until yesterday.

There is no internet connection at all. It happened suddenly. No internet. It can see gsm network, and phone calls work, but it does not connect to either Wi-Fi or the network internet. The same Wi-Fi devices work fine on other Apple devices (anothe iPhone 7 I have, iPad).

It looks to me like internet has locked somehow, or the iPhone part, responsible for the internet connection, has stopped working. Obviously, I am totally cut off as I cannot use what’s up, messenger, iCloud, nothing, as it all requires connection to the internet. I have tried to turn it on and off multiple times. The issue still persists. I tried to change location, and it still persists. I did re set the settings like the Apple help recommends, and and still the issue persists.

Please help !

We'd like to help you find the best resolution path for issue you have with connecting to the internet. Based on what you shared, the steps in If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support. If this does not help, and from what you shared with this happening to cellular network data as well, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support so this can be further investigated.
