Why can't I use streaming services?

I bought my MacBook Air back in 2018. I haven't had any problems up until now. I can't use any streaming services anymore. I can't use Hulu, YouTube, Netflix, or anything. My MacBook is updated to the latest software available, but nothing works. I've used every browser both in normal mode and incognito. I'm so frustrated at this point that I'm tempted to just switch to another manufacturer entirely.

Hi Curious_Diana,

We'd like to help you find the best solution for issues with streaming content. With this happening with several video players, we would recommend seeing if you Clear cookies in Safari on Mac if this will help with this capability. If this does not help, knowing if there is an error or message on the page, would be helpful with additional guidance.
