how to remove the suggested people from the faces folder in the photo library

If you mean remove one of the identified people, you can control-click on the person to bring up a menu:

If you mean a person has been identified incorrectly, then you can open the picture and click on the name and delete it or add the correct name.

If you mean a person is unidentified and you're tired of seeing that tag, then you (and the rest of us) are out of luck. The best you can do is remove all the face names from view with View>Hide Face Names
