Air Tag battery without bitterant coating

We have seen numerous posts about how the bitterant coating on batteries can prevent their function in Air Tags. Which brands do not apply this coating? Is there a safe way to remove the coating without damaging the battery?

I’ve seen battery packaging that advertises that it applies/contains the coating, so I’d imagine you’d just need to look at the battery that you buy to see if it has the coating on it.
