Yellowstone season pass

I purchased the season pass for season 5 and it doesn’t seem like episode 3 is released. Are they not being released on n real time and if not when do they get released?

Episode 6 is listed as available now through the iTunes Store (US) for season 5. That includes Season Pass holders.

Episode 7 is expected on or shortly after December 18. Episode 8 is expected on or after January 1.


If the issue persists, try removing the show from Up Next (click-and-hold﹥remove), then find episode 6 in your library to continue. It should be added to Up Next again automatically when playback starts.

If the issue persists after that, then contact the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

I had an issue today with season 6. The show airs on Sunday at 8pm and had success watching it at that same time through my Apple purchase. Sometimes I wait days after. Today it did not happen and the whole time I thought it was my Apple device and spent time to troubleshoot everything. When I contacted Apple it seems like they upload when they upload it and there is no real time or consistent timeframe although I’ve watched it on air day and time before. Not the answer I wanted to hear.

We wanted to help however we can regarding new episodes for a season pass you purchased, but we'd like to confirm some more details to better understand the issue, along with ruling out some general details:


  1. Which model are you using with the Apple TV app, and what's the OS version number installed on it?
  2. When do you expect episode 3 to have released, and what occurs if you try playing it?
  3. If this occurred in the past, how long after it released on the service that hosts it have you been seeing episodes become available in a season pass?
  4. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved by a restart of your device. Let us know if you've already tried one.
