iPhone 16.1.1 PROBLEMS

Before I updated my SE-8 iPhone to 16.1.1, I could manually turn on Do Not Disturb by going to Settings>Focus>DND>>Slide DND to ON. Now, that doesn't work. The slider is gone. The only way to turn on DND is via Siri. Causes me to disturb others in a meeting, at the movies, etc.

And I set the phone to allow access to Siri when the phone is locked. No go. I need to unlock the phone to say, "Hey, Siri."
