how to fix cash card error

I have a cash app card linked with apple pay and when i try to buy a item in a app it shows a error message in red below my card saying “to avoid interruptions to your subscriptions and purchases verify your payment.” I removed the visa card and re enter the card details and re linking apple pay and would show the same error message.
