Track of a Photo/ video

Hello, am iphone user since last 10 years ,my question is lets suppose i took a picture/ video / or any documents 5 years. Its save with my photo Gallery ever since and subsequently also to my Icloud.

Is there a possibility i can track in last 5 years how many time i have seen/ browsed that particular file.

Is there any Intelligence method within my phone that i can use for this tracking
