Apple Watch charges specifically using the supplied charging puck, which comes with the watch. While it is compliant with Qi standard, you cannot just put your watch on a Qi charging stand and expect your watch to charge.

There are many charging devices, which have a charger for an iPhone and a charger for Apple Watch and a charger for Airpods. That isn't what you're original post asked about. I myself use a 3 on 1 charging stand. But it is Made for MagSafe and Made for Apple Watch, so it is certified for Apple devices and works perfectly.

I looked up the charger you referred to. It's very inexpensive, so I'm not sure it could be that well built. My 3 in 1 charger cost $150. I have a difficult time believing the Baseus is a quality product.

Agreed on that. I hope It's better to use the charger which came with the watch. I got few gadgets from Baseus for my android phones. They seemed pretty good though. Anyway thank you so much for the info. This was My 1st Apple device after long time. It's really expensive here to buy an Apple device. So I have to be careful when using an additional gadget on my apple :)
