Alarm didn’t go off on Do Not Disturb mode
Recently I updated the details in the Do Not Disturb setting, and now no apps are allowed. Not sure if this is why my alarm didn’t go off this morning??

To answer your question: Yes, when you set Do Not Disturb, but don't allow the Alarms app for notifications, it would have been silenced. Next, you could set up and use the Sleep Focus for this time period, which would also allow Alarms to come through: Turn your Sleep Focus on or off on iPhone - Apple Support
