How do I import and export OPML files into and out of Apple Podcasts?

I'm not seeing any import or export function in Podcasts. If Apple has removed this feature that's egregious and unacceptable. I should be able to export my podcasts or import new ones—instead of manually having to subscribe or unsubscribe to hundreds of podcasts.

I hope I'm wrong and I'm just missing something—but if not this is a huge fail on the side of Apple and I'm not sure why I would continue to use the Podcasts app when third-party podcast apps ensure that I can remove and add podcasts as a batch (versus having to manually do each and every one).
