If you bought your iPhone brand new via Apple Online shop, Apple Store, Apple Authorized Reseller, and if you eventually had its battery replaced at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider, it is certainly a genuine Apple battery.
In all other circumstances nodoby here can give you any certainties, sorry.
