Apple Cash Balance Disappeared

Hi, just wanted to get some insight into a problem I’m having. 3 payments of $10.79 was made to my Apple Cash in the span of 5 hours. The transaction says Apple.com/bill. It wasn’t from multiple subscriptions especially since they were all the same exact amount. I contacted support but they can’t find any transactions for it. Where did my money go?

Apple Pay taking random money Apple Pay has been taking my money for a while. This time is was $30 that was randomly taken. I checked and there was no charge to Apple Pay that was that much but when I went to check my card it clearly stated that the charge was from apple. I disconnected my card from apple pay. Where was my money going? I now only have $20 left in my account for a whole week until I get payed again.

If you were unable to locate the transactions through Apple Support and online, then you'll want to reach out to your financial institution so they can investigate the charges further for you.
