The iTunes app for Mac computers was discontinued and replaced when macOS Catalina was released. It cannot be installed on Macs that are running Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura. No, it doesn't mean that at all. The iTunes Store still exists. As noted in the article I linked to above:

If you don't see the iTunes Store in the sidebar, here's how to find it:

1. Open the Apple Music app.
2. In the menu bar, choose Music > Preferences.
3. Go to the General tab and select iTunes Store.
4. Click OK.
