Contact or visit the Bristol store for assistance.

Take your iPad with you if you visit as the serial

number should assist the Apple store in tracing

the transaction.


If paid with credit/debit card, a copy of the transaction

from your financial institution may assist the Apple store

in finding the correct sale.
