Did IOS 16 update and now the screen mirroring won’t work with the HTMI high speed cable. You either hear the sound but no video. Or, you see broken video but hear no sound. Or, possibly neither sound or video. Was working fine prior to iOS 16 update. This issue is happening on all streaming apps. So, it is definitely an IOS 16 issue. Help!

Try these steps first
After each step, see if you still need help.
1. Make sure that your AirPlay-compatible devices are turned on and near each other.
2. Check that the devices are updated to the latest software and are on the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Restart the devices that you want to use with AirPlay or screen mirroring.
If you're prompted to enter a password, you might have restrictions turned on, or you might need to adjust your AirPlay password settings.

I am also having video out issues with my iPhone (12 mini) since updating to iOS 16.1.2. Use Apple lightening to HDMI adapter and HDMI cable. Does not work with my HP monitor or a Sony TV. Both monitor and TV work fine with the same cable and adapter using my iPad (mini 4) with iOS 15.7.1. I usually use my phone for a camera on a microscope and so I cannot use AirPlay to solve this problem.
