Using Malwarebytes on iPhone Xr

Hi I have an iPhone Xr and using iOS v15.7.1 (soon to upgrade to iOS 16. I've used a antivirus program Lookout for years, no issues that I'm aware of. I'm considering to change to Malwarebytes for iPhone. Is Malwarebytes safe for using it on my iPhone?

As there are no viruses that affect an unjailbroken iPhone, these apps are unnecessary.
