My Iphone 13 having
1) Hardware Sim - SIM 1
2) E Sim - SIM 2
When i get a call to SIM -1 . Once i pick up the call... immediately SIM-2 Connection is lost... once i hang on the SIM-1 then automatically SIM - 2 got re activated...
Any Solution for the above issue...
Note: I want to use the SIM-2 Mobile data while i am in a call in SIM - 1

Though you have not mentioned whether the Carriers are different or the same. I feel they are different.
To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information.
If you have an enterprise or corporate cellular service plan, check with your company administrator to see if they support this feature.
