safari advanced website data on iphone
in the setting safari advanced website data, how far does that go back? & can it transfer from icloud or is it only from the current iphone? am not talking about safari search history.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "advanced" website data, but Safari's History and Website Data is stored locally, on your iPhone. That history is retained until you erase it:
Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
If you scroll down to Advanced > Website Data, you can examine the amount of storage each site is using.
