I recently deleted some custom shortcuts on My Iphone 11 (IOS 16.1.1), assuming that doing so would automatically remove them from my watch, but they're still on my watch (series 7, Watch OS 9.1). Now they're nowhere to be found on my phone, therefore I can't manage them, and they're stuck on my watch, unable to be removed. The shortcuts were created inside the LoseIt app. Any help would be appreciated.

You could contact the third party app developer, but in the mean time you could start by force restarting the Watch and restart the iPhone
If you still show the shortcuts then you'll probably want to reset and re-pair the watch.
