i can’t refund the subscription i made

how do i refund a subscription i made , i bought the subscription but they did not give me the benefits and anything, so i contacted roblox for the 450 robux premium subscription, for not receiving what i suppose to get , they asked me to refund it , but when i tries to refund , i can’t refund it , it don’t even allow me to choose or tap into it to refund , pls tell me what i can do
