Sign out the Apple ID Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support from old iPhone and sign in with new Apple ID that you already and created in it Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

Note : new iPhone that you already signed in with old Apple ID will remain signed in .
