You will need to seek assistance from your IT System Administrator. Your “work” iPad is centrally managed - and as such is likely to have data/information that your employer may not allow you to transfer to a personal device.
If your employer is happy to allow you to transfer data and settings to your own iPad, they will likely need to remove restrictions and/or device management before you will be able to perform data transfer.
Be aware that if you attempt to transfer data from your current iPad directly to the new iPad before the MDM profile is removed, your personal iPad may be automatically enrolled into your employer’s management system - from which you may not be able to escape without assistance from your IT Department.
