Updated to ios 16.1.1. on my SE phone. Ever since that time when I make a Bluetooth connected phone call from my 2014 Lexus, there is static on my end. No other Bluetooth connections are affected and I can make calls from other vehicles without a problem. Wife's iPhone 14 with same operating system works fine. Podcast through Bluetooth sounds fine. No firmware updates for my car are available. Any tricks?

I have spent hours with high level tech support, and even a total restore to factory settings. No better. What I found is my phone works in my wife’s car and her phone works in mine. Not sure I will find a solution and to me seems to be a software incompatibility.
This same thing is happening to me on my 11 pro and my 2017 Honda accord. It is extremely annoying, can I delete this update or something? I downloaded the update 16.1.1 this morning and every call taken since has static when ringing or the other person is talking. Help please
If it started after you upgraded it has to be a software thing.
