Is there a wireless charger that will charge my 13 pro max with a case? I work outdoors.

That depends on the case, not the charger.
If the case does not allow wireless charging, then no charger will work. Check with your case manufacturer if the case allows wireless charging. If it does, then pretty much any Qi charger will work.
