good morning, I do not get notifications of whatsapp from iphone 11 (updated to ios 16.1.1). if someone sends me a message while I am out of the application I will from it as not received and as soon as I enter I arrive. (I have both phone and whatsapp updated)

Thanks for the info and the troubleshooting.
I have tried everything but it did not lead to a solution. I have also opened a ticket at Whatsapp but they claim it is "out of scope" for them.
Any idea on how to solve it? I have this issue on two different iPhones from two different people...
