IFIT still not syncing to Apple health

Is this still an issue or is it just me. I have the iPhone 14. Current iOS. Still doesn’t sync.

Hi ReneFerr,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, make sure that your app has permission to share data with Health. You can do that using these steps from Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support.

"Add information from other apps

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner
  3. Under Privacy, tap Apps. You can see apps that you already own that are compatible with Health. If you don't see an app, it might not be compatible.
  4. Tap an app and turn on the health categories that you want that app to track.

You might also need to open the app and adjust its settings to allow it to share data with Health."

We also found this page from the manufacturer, iFIT, that might help further - Connecting Your iFIT Account to Apple Health. If those steps don't help, iFIT may be able to offer more suggestions. If you need help finding their contact information, How to contact an app developer - Apple Support can help.

All the best.
