Audio Network Device Cannot be Deleted

I am racking my brain trying to figure out how to delete this audio device. I inherited this computer from another co-worker whom I have lost contact with at this time. There is an audio device labeled Description, which has no output and I believe was an old speaker. I have tried going to the Library Audio folder, but there are no files to delete.

I could use some help in finding where this mysterious audio device is being hidden!
