Sudden freezing and restarting iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 16.1.1

I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max (256GB) to iOS 16.1.1 last week. Ever since I updated it has been freezing and restarting itself constantly (with intervals ranging from 2 minutes to half an hour) and my analytics section is filled with full-panic reports with a wide range of causes. F.e: the not responding of: “springboardd”, “wifid”, “thermalmonitord”, “blackboardd”, etc. I’m debating if I should downgrade to iOS 16.1, because the situation is awful as it is right now and I had zero issues before I upgraded. Does anybody have an idea what might be causing this or is anybody experiencing the same issue? Would love to hear some thoughts! Kind regards.

I've been having the same issue all day today and I updated to 16.1.1 yesterday – very frustrating!

I deleted some apps that I recently downloaded and I'm monitoring to see if they may have been causing it.

I also just came across this article **** and as the article mentioned, I've seen the 'panic-full' in my analytics log so I think I may need to take it to the Apple store but I'll wait and see if deleting the recently downloaded apps changes anything.

Same issue! I took it to the apple store and they were not helpful at all - just told me it was a "hardware" issue and I need to buy a new phone....my phone was working perfectly until I got the new IOS update!!! So frustrating.
