how do I update my daughters birthday?
I am trying to update my daughters birthday. Somehow it's wrong and has her as 3 years old instead of 15. I have called apple and no-one seems to be able to help me.

May not help, but since the current birthdate is set to under 13, the following footnote from Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support would be applicable. Might be worth contacting them again and referring them to that part of that article.
