I purchased extra megabits for a previous phone that now belongs to my former employer- I need to cancel it . I do not have the phone with me any more but it is active .
Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
