If you are buying an used apple watch with Apple Care that is being paid monthly, If you buy the watch can you transfer the Apple Care and continue paying monthly?

Sorry, for information on transferring monthly AppleCare, see the following from Transfer your AppleCare plan - Apple Support

If you make monthly payments* for your AppleCare plan, the plan is linked to your Apple ID and can't be transferred to a new owner.
