Can I use Apple store bought Ultra in the Philippines? Even if its not tied up to any carrier?

Yes. Without a carrier, the watch will be limited in what it can do when away from the paired iPhone however.

You cannot. A US bought Apple Watch will only work with carriers in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Ecuador.

It will not be able to connect to carriers in the Philippines.

Thank you for your response. I missed out something. I meant to ask - Can I use US bought (Apple store) Ultra in the Philippines? Will there be any problem connecting to carrier services here?
