iTunes for Windows detecting false duplicate files

I can't add any of the songs from my new CDs to my iCloud, because some of the songs are duplicates. The thing is, I never had them in my library before.

I did put the Apple Music version on my downloaded playlists a while back, but I've deleted them beforehand. I've deleted all copies of the downloaded files from my computer, phone, you name it.

It'll upload for a few seconds, get stuck on "waiting" and are soon flagged as duplicates. I've tried everything. Even ripping the CDs into mp3s in Windows Media Player. Nothing works. I've checked everywhere online and I can't find anything!

What is happening here? Is there anything I can do about this?

I can answer questions, but any help is appreciated. Thank you!
