each time I’m trying to download some applications, I’m required to update to iOS 13 or 14
Then that is the problem. Your iPhone 6 is an old phone and cannot be updated to iOS 13 or 14. The highest it can support is 12.5.6.
It’s alright. So I can’t install Facebook or google chat on my iPhone anymore?
Not if they require the higher iOS.
