cannot backup locked files, time machine stops, how can i find locked files

when using time machine for backup, after some hours time machine stops & gives an error (locked file found)

how can i get around this or locate locked file to rectify the problem

right now time machine is totally useless & i have to live with no backup at all on my monterey system (12.6.1)
