Why I can't make partitions on external ssd disk?
I formatted disk to exFat and I was trying make sec partition in Disk Utility,
but it wasn't possible, some time ago in previous Mac Os's it was possible.
Do You know some good tools to do it on Mac Os?
iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 12.5
However for similar adventurers simple command line in terminal:
diskutil partitionDisk /dev/disk5 MBR exFAT Dierwsza 300g exFAT Druga 50g exFAT Trzecia 0b
which done three partition in windows style named Dierwsza, Druga and Trzecia

According to information from Apple in ➡️ this Link the user needs to format the Drive as desired.
Once done, use the Partition function in Disk Utilities to Partition the drive

It wasn't working, this little icon was gray, not active.
I meant this little icon with a plus
disk is obviously empty
exFat or Fat partitioning
