Can I backup without a Wi-Fi connection?
Can I backup without a Wi-Fi connection? My phone is not allowing me to connect to Wi-Fi at all, that is why I need to backup before switching phones.

No, you need WiFi unless you have a 5G phone and your carrier supports it.
