poor microphone quality when using non apple true wireless anc headphones

After being told people cannot hear me or only hear me very quietly while (background) noise is loud when in phone calls, I’ve tried over 10 high-end true wireless anc headphone brands ranging from Bose to sennheiser or Sony etc. all of them have microphone issues because my voice is barely hearable. We then tried connecting other iPhones to the same headphones while still in the store to check if it is just my device. Problems still the same. After awhile we went to an Apple Store and asked about this issue. Then we tried several beats and AirPods and experienced none of those issues at all. The difference is very clear. It is hardly possible to hear my voice when using non-apple true wireless anc headphones while my voice is very clear with apple’s true wireless anc headphones. Why is that?? We tried adjusting the apps coming with non-apple products to find a solution but none of it worked (such as playing around with anc and awareness mode) and it just makes no sense to me that this would be a software issue only occurring in non-apple products. Anybody else having these issues? The problem does not occur when using wired (anc) headphones. The sales man in the Apple Store couldn’t explain why the issue is occurring nor could the sales person in the general electronics store. The sound quality is perfectly fine when listening to music, it’s just poor on the other person’s end when using them to have phone calls so I’m guessing it’s a mixture of bluetooth, microphone and software compatibility issues.
