Floating windows, namely the event list float and an environment float, remain on top when switching to other applications covering up everything.
Very annoying. Anyone else having this problem ?

This is new behavior in Logic 10.7.5. And it's confirmed on other forums. I've submitted a bug report on the developers feedback at Apple.
Hopefully it 'll be fixed soon and include FCP as well.
FCP's Background Task window does this, floating windows from several apps I have do this. It's not unique to Logic, it's a macOS issue.
I doubt FCP will get much love any time soon...
