My phone died while fully charged. It is giving me the support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen nothing happens

13 Pro went into restore mode My 13pro went dead and I put it on the charger. I waited about a minute or two and tried to turn my phone back on but it showed the dead battery so I left it alone. About a few moments later I go again to try and turn my phone on, I see the apple, but they mu phone shows a computer and a charger to restore/support mode. Luckily I got my apple computer and plugged it in immediately. I pressed the button update mode and I wanted to know should I have done that, or should I have pressed restore mode?

iPhone died, once plugged back in it gave me the apple support restore web Can someone explain why my phone died and I got that pop-up when I plugged it in? My phone is fine but definitely gave me a heart attack! not cool apple. Never has happened before, my guess is the ios 16 update.

something went wrong. It’s in recovery mode. Plug it into your computer and restore it.
