Confirm iPhone Passcode to keep using iCloud NOT WORKING

I traded in my iPhone 11 and got my new iPhone 14 Pro. I did the data transfer. It asks me to confirm my iPhone passcode so I can keep using iCloud. I entered in my Apple ID/password, and it asked me to enter the passcode to my current iPhone 14. I did. Then it asked me for the password to my iPhone 11 (my old phone), and I did, but it tells me it is incorrect. I know it is correct, though, because I had to unlock my iPhone 11 to begin the data transfer before handing it in for trade-in.

I do not have access to my old iPhone 11 anymore because I traded it in. What do I do?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16
