Music that is not available in country or region
How can I change my settings so I can listen to those songs again. All of the songs that are not available are so good and I’m very disappointed.

If a song or album isn't available in your region, there aren't any settings that you can change that will allow you to listen to those songs. The availability of those songs is up to the artist and not something Apple has control over.
