I order iPhone 14pro max on Nov 1st but till now no update no shipping no payment invoice , still showing processing. Why it’s taking to long
It will remain at that status until it nears the anticipated arrival date. It would then change to preparing to ship, then to shipped. At that time Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date and tracking information. Also at that time your method of payment will be charged.
