How do I edit the “active energy” section of the health app?

Do your Part: Being not an option, you can recommend this be an option to Apple. Apple wont get back to you directly on this, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they'll know what suits their customers prefer, and what features to include in updates to come..

2. Select: "Other" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary.

Deleting Part of the Health App:

You Can't. What you are looking to perform is not an option. This is an app that is built in to the iOS. This means it cannot be deleted, nor can any part from with it.

That’s an unthoughtful response to a person’s mental health….meant to reply to “you can’t what you’re looking for is not an option”
